Where it started
The Pipeline started with a job site walk-through and a few young estimators and project managers who could not stop comparing notes. That conversation became a Windsor Construction Association initiative built to connect the next generation of the industry with the peers and mentors who help careers take off.
The challenge we're built for
Windsor-Essex is about to lose a generation of institutional knowledge as its most experienced tradespeople retire, and not enough young talent is staying in the industry long enough to replace it.
